Technology Associate Program

Technology Associate Program is comprised of Enterprise Data & Analytics, Enterprise Information Security, and Enterprise Information Technology. These businesses are all at the heart of what enables Wells Fargo to satisfy everyone from global customers to team members by providing best-in-class data and analytical solutions, security and tools to protect Wells Fargo data, and strategic technology-based products, services, and governance.

The strategically designed ten-month program provides Associates with the necessary knowledge, skills, and experiences to succeed with Wells Fargo. As full time team members, Associates will benefit from a mentoring relationship, division and function specific training, team member engagement activities, and professional development opportunities. The program also provides opportunities for Associates to meet with executives, as well as participate in book reviews and a community service project while developing business acumen and leadership skills. The program is a supportive environment for a seamless transition from campus life to corporate life.

The Technology Associate Program offers a wide variety of opportunities within our divisions that include Data & Analytics, Information Security, Information Technology. traditional roles in the program are Business Systems Consultant, Programmer, Developer, Systems Quality Assurance, Database Analyst and Information Security Analyst.

Charlotte, North Carolina; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Chandler/Phoenix, Arizona


  • For the 2018 Associate Program you must graduate between December 2017 and May 2018
  • A four-year degree related to business analytics, computer information systems, computer science or other information technology areas, engineering, mathematical sciences, and/or statistics
  • Prior internship experience is desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced PC and Microsoft Office applications experience (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems)
  • Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with others in a change-driven environment
  • Other required and desired qualifications may be applicable dependent upon program needs
